April 15, 2013    12:00-1:00pm:  Meal Planning and Healthy Eating

Designed to help you put your lifestyle plan into action at home or away, this class covers how to set up healthy eating goals, shopping tips, and making sense of nutrition labels.

April 22, 2013    12:00-1:00pm:  Monitoring Your Blood Glucose

Understand the connection between what we eat and blood glucose levels and why regular monitoring is so important.  Learn strategies for keeping your blood sugar in check and the physical signs of high and low levels.
